Kid totaled MT46 months ago, but somehow it worked until yesterday. No phone ever would work in that state. Bought a cheaper watch, returned it and bought Movetime MT48 yesterday. The cheaper watch was great, but its app was terrible. Did a research and, at least for Serbia, TCL is IT because this app actually works. Others just - don't. This one shows precisely where my kid is, family members can also use the app, chat, voice msgs, calls, video calls... It has it all. And the new watch rocks!

As a security bridge between a phone and a kid’s watch, it’s unacceptable for the app to randomly log out silently. My child was forced to leave the safe zone, and I didn’t receive any notification about it. Absolutely not recommendable, both the app and the watch are unreliable. UPDATE: Based on their generic reply, it’s pretty clear that they’re completely unreliable.

Positioning is inaccurate, notifications arrive with 15+ minutes delay, sends notification that watch has left the safe zone when it has not even moved, video calls often do not even work... Way too many faults for something that people expect to be accurate and up to date.
