Thanks to the application, you also have an immediate overview of all your shipments. Both about the ones on the way and the previous ones.

What awaits you in the application?
Sending a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or label printing. Send our shipment in no time with our mobile application, in which you will find the Between Us service. All you need is a phone and online payment.

Shipment return
Do you need to return the shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application allows you to easily return the shipment, just enter the code you received from the e-shop. You don't have to fill anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to detailed shipment tracking and connection to our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be in the picture. The application notifies you immediately when the shipment is ready to be picked up.

Dispensing points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest dispensing points in the area. The built-in filter also allows you to select the places where you can pay by card, for example. In the detail of the dispensing point you will find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

It is nonsense to use app for picking delivery. Why is not sms enough? Why I have to install app, provide my personal dara such as email, phone number, location to expose my privacy and enable spaming on phone and email? The only thing I wanted is to pick my delivery from the box. This solution is a total fail and management would not deserve to continue in their roles if they do not know that first is important to ask users whether they want to use app for such a banality. No zasilkovna anymore

Absolutely trash service. Most often when I order from Amazon, they say I requested it to be redirected to a pickup place, without me agreeing. And when I do decide to ship something to my local Z-box, it takes like 3 days to be delivered, even when it's from the same city. Even Balíkovna is better and that's owned by Czech Post.

Absolute joke of a service, I was redirected to 3 diffrent pickup spots over the course of 2 weeks because they all seemed to be in vacation. After the products finally arived at a spot I went 2 times just to find that place closed, even tho the program said it was open. If you can, avoid it.

Hello, redirection should only occur in exceptional cases, such as when the original pickup point is vlosed due to holiday.
