Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Pervious it was 5 star that 3 years back review when I was using du service, but now after trying to get new mobile number from du app and get du home wifi the issues start from first step of getting QR code for eSIM and internet speed not reaching 2 MB visiting du shop 3 visits and multiple calls to the call center different time with no answer most of the time. In the end I given up not worth wasting time with them. Going back to Etisalat and everything was smooth and easy.

Horrible service and products. The promise is completely different from delivery.. The call centre is incompetent... They help desk doesn't read emails.. I was told that I would get 2 routers 1 gbps speed and amazon prime... speed never reaches 1 gbps, ever. Routers never delivered and amazon prime link doesn't exist on the app.
