it's almost a month after i deposited my coins in this app and still it's "verifying" the value of my coins is always getting lower and lower and i don't know what is the reason of the FREAKING delay. I can't cash out my coins, how will i move my money, when your verification is taking a very looooooooooooooong time.......

just for 230pesos I need to wait 24hours and talk to customer service yet they didn't know what's the reason of the delay which is not very helpful they need to transfer me to the escalation so I need to wait for another hours very inconvenient app.

I try to verify my acc, but it's already 5 days. I use National ID for verification and all the necessary information that i put was correct, i tried contacting support but there's no response. i can't cash out because of it
