Cash-in feature still not working after trying for 3 days, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but I still can't enter my login details when trying to cash-in - as the app keeps on lagging. Internet connection is also fine, by the way. And no response yet from the customer service. Hoping that there's an agent via chat that can assist real time.

Bugs on Cash in Feature Can't seem to go through with adding money on my account. Doesn't allow me to login my user credentials. I only get as far as entering my username after the amount I intend to cash in. Can't proceed with the password entry since the pw field doesn't register any special character. It only accepts alphanumeric. This wasn't the case few months back since I was able to get past transactions done without any error. Will update my rating when you fix this bug. Thanks!
