Horrible conditions for drivers Freenow's cancellation policy for clients works completely against the interests of the drivers. A client can summon a taxi and cancel at any time with no penalty, wasting the time of working drivers. Add to that the fact a taxi can wait for hours at the airport queue and disconnect losing their position, having to start over. And the navigation is a joke. Very very poor app.

It was working fine until the last update. Since then it has been terrible. It keeps crashing and stops working every time it is turned on. I am constantly restarting the app. I have reinstalled it on multiple occasions but the outcome is still the same. Until this is fixed, the app is redundant.

When l navigate away from app to read something, the app closes. Concentrate on getting the core functions of the app running flawlessly. Attend to this issue immediately, thank you. App signed me out again this morning when l was checking weather app. It not only signed me out, it also cancelled a upcoming prebook. It's ridiculous. THE APP SHOULDN'T BE SIGNING ME OUT WHEN I NAVIGATE TO A DIFFERENT PAGE.!
