This 1 star for the new UI upgrade of the app. The look and feel of the app is very childish to me, font size is too big, doesn't have a refined modern look. No fingerprint support. This doesn't mean the old UI is better, it is also very dated looking and very primitive functionalities. I don't see any functionality upgrade in the new app either. Older app was giving me an option to renew my loan when the interest rate is due to expired. New app doesn't give that option. New app slightly faster.

The latest version of TSB Mobile Banking is faster and more responsive than the older version. Card support is better now that the Mastercard platform is used. It lacks a dark mode and the ability to easily create term deposits. Still no access to virtual or one-time credit card numbers, wallets or modern innovations offered by some domestic bank competitors.

I don't really like the update. While it appears easier to see, I prefer the dark themes. For me, the functionality hasnt changed much, but I didn't use it like some other users might. I have seen other apps with more functionality. Would be happy if biometric login was available as well as a dark them option.
