Ratings and reviews

Scanning user experience was horrendous. No preview thumbnail to see which book is which (how are you meant to tell from a string of truncated text starting with author's last name) especially when you got 20+ books. No collection updates. Automated email has no info. Quality check was suspicious. They rejected a book which was brand new and sealed in original cover, claiming it was "missing pages or damaged" (highest priced item in the collection) while accepting a book that I didn't put in!

Badly designed app. Can't see title properly, no picture or ISBN listed. When scanning the last book stays on the screen instead of letting you scan again. Payment details don't save so you have to type them in again every time. No loyalty bonus. Slow to pay out. Your main competitor does all of these things better. Only positive is they tend to pay more for paperback novels than others.

EXTREMELY poor. The interface is bad: I had a lot of books to scan and it kept resetting the basket to zero so I had to repeat a lot of them. Other times it simply scanned poorly. But what I REALLY hate is that there is no easy way to get hold of customer service if something has gone wrong with collection. I saw the DPD Rahul come into my square, and then turn around and leave without bothering to exit the vehicle. The tracking showed"Collection not made as pickup point closed ". Really?
