I can't give more than one star because using your app is nothing but a waste of time. Every time I open the app to create an account, it restarts after scanning the passport. So I uninstall the app and never use it again.

Pathetic bank service. International money transfers takes many days. Their customer service always stays busy. You can never be able to talk to them and live chat representatives dont reply timely as well. Whats the use if you cant send money to your home country on time when they need it.

Very bad experience while I requested money from my home country (Pakistan) around 1200 aed and I still not yet received in my bank account and they're saying they need more details 😢. It's not a big Money like 1 lakh dirham Very late international transfer more than 7 days . That's very poor service
