Last week I was sent permenant marker inks instead of dry erase. I complained through WhatsApp and my issue was resolved within 3 days and I received the correct item without any delivery charges. They awarded me 350 coins in the app that I can use in my next order. I really appreciate their customer care service. Delivery on time, packing very good, for example, glass bottle of jam was wrapped in bubble sheet, extra protection on sauce pouch's cap. You are intimated before delivery.
