Functionally, it's perfect. I can forgive the simple layout and design because it's all I need... Or it WOULD be, if the beeps weren't so loud!! Listening to music or podcasts with this going is nearly impossible because if I turn my phone's volume down enough that this isn't blowing my ears out, I can barely hear anything else playing. Unfortunately until that's fixed I basically can't use this app.

Hi, simply use the slider at the top of the screen to decrease the relative volume of the app to make it less loud.
Dragging it to the middle for example will play the sounds at 50% of your overall music volume.
Let me know if this works for you.

I tried the interval timer app for exercise and I was satisfied with its performance. It is a simple app that does what it promises. It lets you set the duration and intervals of your workouts with ease. The only thing that I think could be improved is the time input interface. It would be more convenient if it offered some common options like 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. instead of requiring you to enter the exact number or increase it by one minute each time. But, it works.

Easy to set intervals following your own odd needs. To me the best part is you can "name" your interval blocks so instead of a five second "rest" I can have a five second "right leg forward" and then the next block name is the yoga position for however long I want to stretch into it. I went ahead and made the purchase to rem the ads because it's worth the couple of bucks.
