The App works - it's easy to use and understand what it's doing. My primary gripe is in pricing, which I expect has variance from city to city. In indianapolis IN, at least, fare usually comes up to at least 5x what seems reasonable to me. Day passes for the city bus system are $4, but riding a Bird a few blocks and back can easily come to $10. If you're wealthy, I expect this app is 5 stars.

The scooters are useful in a pinch, but I can never rely on them. Maybe my city is just too small, but they're all gone at least half the time (I think because of weather?) They're trying to market to commuters which would be great, except that the price is too high without the subscription (and even a little high with it), but the subscription itself would be a total ripoff if all the scooters suddenly disappear without warning and leave you needing to get to work a different way.

I'm pretty annoyed everytime I utilize the electric scooter, and it goes over the amount, the notification that pops up immediately disappears and won't let me see the overcharge and I can't see it in my bank receipts, but amounts will disappear. It's happened three times, I've tried to report. Or even get a screenshot of proof, or just clicked on the notifications.
