MKE Mobile Action provides quick access to City of Milwaukee information and services via your mobile device. The tool enables citizens to report issues and request services. The app uploads maps, citizen photos, and complaint information to City of Milwaukee servicing departments to be assigned, tracked, and resolved.

Worked great until recently - sent an email to the app developer. Info from the: "Also, An updated App is being developed that will correct the issue is being rolled out to agencies. In the meantime, please use steps in the following kb to workaround\fix the issue for users reporting it To solve the issue: for Android users, go into device settings for the app and clear the app's storage/data, then relaunch the app and log back in. " Worked for me.

This was a 5* app until it stopped working and nobody seems to care. How disappointing that this issue has been known for several weeks and nobody's making an attempt to fix it. Update - it worked better for awhile and now no longer let's pics upload. The worst part is not having any customer service contact to ask for help & get the issue fixed. Be better, please. People rely on this technology to fix serious issues in their communities.

The app is too slow and they don't offer the right information for the city I'm in which makes no sense. I should be able to put in a cross street in order to say that the traffic lights aren't working but you have to be on the map while driving to pinpoint where the lights are out which is very dangerous.
