I couldn't agree more with Nick, Riana, Keith, & many others who are experiencing issues with quality. After the 3.7.9 - most recent update, the quality of the app drastically decreased. The "Calm Body, Clear Mind" slogan is somewhat ironic when your Apollo frequently shuts down with the "bug error" message. The placebo effect is only possible if there is a solid foundation of trust into the "feel your vibes."

When the band connects to my phone (which is hit & miss) it does work (I've noted a difference). Problems I have are 1. Battery on band barely lasts a day (had this for around a month, give or take) 2. Was notified my band needed an update, I followed directions & the red ! doesn't come up on the app but a pop up says the band needed to update/restart but button at bottom of the pop up message doesn't work (even when the band is plugged in), light on band stays blue 4. App now crashes

My device bricked two months ago because of faulty software. After spending a ludicrous amount of time troubleshooting, pleading, and dozens upon dozens of emails, my replacement arrived today. Now that I finally have a band again, the app does not function. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. It just crashes to the home screen immediately. I paid $80 for Smartvibes 6 months ago and I haven't been able to use it. Apollo would not refund me. Now things are even worse as the app doesn't even open.
