This app is Okay Plus. shows all my readings. also can give you a Graft in Landscape Mode. Two Problems I have with it. IDK if it Un syncs when I turn my Phone off. or just un syncs by itself. a lot of times when I go to check my readings, I have to Re-Synce the Meter. which is Simple enough, but still a Pain. the other Complaint I have. is there is now way to click out of the App!! I have to hit the "multiple Screen" Button opn my Phone and then hit "Clear All" to get out of the App.

terrible app. 30 minutes of chat plus 30 minutes on the phone there is no resolution to my issue where the app is only showing a spinning circle at the login screen. was told I'd get a call back when they can figure out how to solve this issue. I really cannot believe the hassle I have been through just trying to get this app to work on my phone. I would find another meter and company to help me manage my diabetes. I knew $19.99 was too good to be true. This is completely unacceptable.

Doesnt work on 2 diff Motorola phones thru 2024. The app just spins &says connecting to contour cloud. I reinstalled and tried on different WiFi and carrier networks (T-Mobile & Verizon) but it never connects. I called Moto tech support and was told ny phone apparently just isn't supported. Really?!?! This app is the reason I chose the Contour tested over other brands and there's no way I can use it?! I spent too much time fighting with this app so time ran out now I can't even return it
