Except making the reservation, the app is useless, I wasn't able to pick up a car at the air port with talking to a person, I waited 1 hour for the car. staff was friendly the computer systems wete down. I wanted to extend my rental, if require me to talk to a person, waited more than 15 mins for someone to pick the phone. The app is useless, except for booking.

OMG this app sucks. My husband just rented a car, put it on his credit card, and listed me as the driver. I then downloaded the app thinking it would streamline the process when I pick up the car. But no. I can't access my reservation because it's under my husband's name even though I'm the only registered driver. I can access it just fine through Chrome, just not through the app. Would give zero stars if possible because the app is 100% useless.

It's easy to see my retals but I'm never able to see, or go directly to my car when arriving. Even though I'm preferred, I am always, ALWAYS, forced to go to the desk, with no explanation. Yesterday I waited 45 minutes with only 5 people ahead of me. Please fix this feature, it's ridiculous to advertise it as a perk for being "preferred", yet it never works.
