This app is horrible. I can look at deals and new scents, but it will NEVER pick up my location. I have given location permission and also turned it off and added manually. I have also tried using wifi and phone data. Nothing works, it just spins and spins. It never loads my store so I can't put in pickup orders unless I use the browser and many times I just don't fool with it because I don't want to have to enter everything again in the browser.

This is the third review I have left on an app, in the 20 plus years I've had apps, lol. This app is great, unless you want to modify your shopping cart to make a purchase.... Or even load it! There are at least a dozen or so purchases I would have made in the past year, and have not, due to the fact that the app WILL NOT properly load the shopping cart and if it ever does, you absolutely cannot modify items (remove, change quantity...). A most frustrating and SUPER SLOW experience! Do better.

So update, I made a review awhile ago about how I loved the app besides the location finder wouldn't work right. But since bath and body works "updated" their app now when I get on to look through their products the page will freeze by the time I'm halfway through looking on the second page. Even when I close the app completely and open it again it literally does the same thing within 10 minutes. It's very frustrating that I can't look at all the products.
