They have fake products I bought item from them the second day it's stopped working and they refused to fix it or give me a refund.. DON'T GET ANYTHING FROM THEM AND I didn't agree to receive it back at all that's what they force me to do and the item stopped working again that's just to answer you your products are fake

This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a company. I placed an order over a month ago and received NOTHING. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to cancel my order without any explanation or compensation. Complete waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Total disaster! 👎👎

worst app ever to buy electronics (new) from. I get issue for one tablet twice and it should be new. after first time they promised to replace the item and no need to refund. same product came as I kept in old one batteries which I found with new item. no inspection or communication. don't trust them and buy used one if u will buy from them.
