The UI is a little clunky when it comes to setting your pickup location and destination. Then, it failed to give details about cab & driver. Driver arrived in ten minutes. Asked for address even though it should have been sent in app. I spent $3 less than estimate. Used this app because the bus I need doesn't run on President's Day. Update 04/10/20: Waited 20 mins, then it ended up getting canceled. Decided to call number. Dropping from 4☆ to 3☆.

As the review from nearly a year ago states, the app gives an error when trying to add any credit card in order to take advantage of the advertised discount codes. Apparently the issue lies with Yellow Cab's Square account, as the app gives me a view into the error process and states that the merchant's Square account must be authorized first. No added card, no discount codes. Given that this error has existed for a year now, I'm not even positive the app will even still schedule a ride for me.

This app sucks. I waited over an hour and never saw a cab. I cancelled & reordered ride. Now both show as previous rides. No doubt I'll probably be charged. I'll have to cancel payment if that's the case. Since their are no humans to talk to on the phone their is no way to complain. The app page you can see where cabs are. I watched for an hour. No cabs were even close. I don't recommend this app to anyone.
