I want to rate this higher. This was one of the few free sleep tracking apps I found with a custom notes feature (i.e. "good day", "bad day", "ate out", "exercised", etc.) - and for that it's great. HOWEVER, there is still no "export to CSV" or similar option, even after a couple years of requesting it from the dev, so I have years of data basically held hostage by this app. Also, there are occasional bugs which cause sleep tracking to end early and the alarm to never go off. Do not recommend.

Top recommend to all the other sleep tracking apps. This app is not a coach to help you sleep better. It provides data for 'you' to determine how to improve your sleep. No trial period and paywall for all the features like all the rest. Does not integrate with other fit apps or smartwatches, but barely drains phone battery while tracking.

Calculates waking up time perfectly, and the alarm is great for light sleepers like myself, but probably not for heavy sleepers. I think the accelerometer is quite faulty; it says I've been in "deep sleep" when I've been picking up the phone to turn it off. I don't know what specifically is wrong, but I can just tell this sleep movement tracker is a bit dodgy
