There is a lot of things which needs to be upgrade like tracking system, where the rider is while delivering and when a order is cancel due to any reason the amount should be in app account so that customer can use it again, but when cancel amount is getting transferred to bank account which takes sometime more time.

I ordered from Eateasy. They called me and asked me to pick up the order because they didn't have any riders available. I refused to do so, and the order was cancelled as we had agreed. After that, I had to keep asking them for a refund. Then, they informed me that they had added a voucher to my wallet. I didn't want a voucher; I wanted my money back in my account. Anyway, as I was looking for the voucher, I got logged out and have been unable to log in since then.
