Worked about one year flawlessly, but now my AC unit disappeared and can't be added back to the app. Sometimes adding goes through but the device just disappears and the app says no appliances. Most of the times adding process just takes forever and nothing happens. I've tried resetting the AC unit, re-installed the app, but nothing works. Frustrating!

Reconnected app to google home as I could apparently control my devices (notification). Worked fine and we both devices before changing. Now my dryer shows up but not my washing machine. This is quite frustrating to say the least as I used this to see how long washing was away without having to open phone. When will this be fixed. Seems like it is happening for alot of people. Shouldn't have done the change. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Apart from that it would have gotten a higher rating.

Thr UX for the washer is horrible. To remote start I need to turn 8n the machine, press buttons on the washer and then maybe I'll be able to start. Delayed start button is always inactive for me in the app. I don't see the point if this at all. Take a look at Siemens/Bosch. I have the dishwasher from them and I am able to configure all the settings for the machine and start it without ever needing to turn it on. If it had an Autodose feature, I would have been able to start it at any point.
