ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. AVOID! worst sportsbook app I've ever seen. locked my account and limited access to it, when I had a balance in it. customer service is laughable at best. talks in circles, and doesn't actually help to fix an issue. if I could give negative stars, I would. use literally any other sportsbook app or risk not being able to access your own money 👎👎

I really wanna like it, but as soon as I won a sizeable amount of money, I can no longer withdraw or deposit, after several contacts with customer support all I was told was 'we know'. Well that doesn't really help me does it? Several days later I'm leaving this review in hopes it gets some attention and get fixed soon.

Terrible customer support! Stick with your current betting apps! I have been trying to get back into my account for over a week and the chat takes about an hour to get a live agent (and they solve nothing. They just end the chat on you), their phone number leads to an automated voice and then they hang up and the emails they provide, they never answer. All I need is a 4 digit code to get into my account and I've had 0 help. Fanduel, here I come back
