Ratings and reviews

It works okay. But it's too controlling! In order to check details you have to exit the app and log back in and hit details if you're in the middle of navigation. Also, Google maps does a better job of routing around road blockages etc then in the middle of this app. In the middle of navigation, you can hit the down arrow to see addresses and times, but you cannot refresh your mind on the rider's names, to be ready when pulling up. So easy to fix - how about it??

the app is unprofessional .first of all it have glitch always,not show me how much I will get pay for route,if I accept route on time and it cancel later I didn't get paid cause app didn't read when I acceptmore then one route..this GPS is awful ,work by it self ,didn't even give you eta of your arrival it give you what time route should start instead and we have to do the math when driving to get arrival time..its gives how many minutes it will take to be there without counted traffic.awful

The option to accept all my days rides at once is nice, but the GPS/navigation is terrible. It doesn't show traffic, doesn't give alternate routes, and doesn't show ETA just what time I'm supposed to drop off
