Ratings and reviews

Since the latest update, I try to save a story to read later and the app force closes. After a couple times of that happening, it tells me the app has a bug and clear cache. Once I do that, it still doesn't perform as it should. Thankfully, the app is free. EDIT: Update on 10/9 fixed my issue. Refreshing that someone listened and fixed the problem.

This app ate up 3.5GB of my mobile data when my other apps, which I use way more often, have used just a tiny bit of data. I don't watch videos. I only read news articles, which leaves the ads that automatically play when browsing as the culprit. I tried deactivating autoplay, but that didn't work. Ads and video previews still automatically play and continue to eat up data. I would just connect to my internet, but it's down and won't be fixed for three more days.

Fox News was my go to daily. After updating to Android 15 on my Pixel 8 Pro the app is almost unusable. It's crashing every time bringing app up from minimized state. I have to close it and reopen every time. I used to open it up once and go back and forth with other apps but now it won't play nice and it's not user friendly. I just updated all my apps which I do at least twice daily. There was no 5.3.0 and checking my version in settings it still shows version 5.2.0
