It's a great app and I use it multiple times every week, I've saved loads of money and have a big points balance. My only niggle is that I have to switch my phone off and on again to be able to use the Smart Shop facility in Sainsbury's. The app doesn't recognise my location if the phone has been on for a while. This is frustrating. But the app is well worth it.

like many others, I try to access the app and I'm told "something went wrong, try again". Spoke to support on Twitter and no one can help - VPN (I don't use), your account is fine, problem is elsewhere, accessing from outside UK. Support staff are very unhelpful. I expect better from Sainsbury's. I now have an app (and website) which is mostly ineffective. Strangely enough, I only have this with Sainsbury's Nectar, not with it's competitors.

I am having similar issues to previous posters, being unable to log in. This means I can't take advantage of any offers (but you keep emailing me telling me about them, though Sainsbury's- you've got that bit working). The very unhelpful 'something went wrong" error code is pointless. Fix the app! Plus sort out your Smartshop app too.
