I came back to give a 5 start rating because Spur was able to contact me via email and phone to resolve the issue that I had with the app. I downloaded the app again and I was able to log in and access my profile. Thank you so much Spur for your amazing customer service 🙏🏾😊 other companies don't even bother to contact their customers to resolve such issues, even when you give them a 1 star rating. I look forward to using the app! 🥰❤️✨

I'm having a problem with the app recently every time I try to navigate the app, it crashes. I can't even order or check my vouchers and my daughter's birthday is coming up, I wanted to buy vouchers but I can't even stay in the app for 2 minutes without it kicking me out.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Every time I want to add details to sign up, I never get a verification code. I dont receive it late, I just never get it. So I can't sign up.
