Ratings and reviews

Usability leaves MUCH to be desired. You have to re-log in every single time you use the app, which means every. time. if you're using it and hit the back button too many times when trying to navigate thru all the menus? Logged out. it also never updates your reservation with any changes, so your primary method to interact with the resort never looks correct if changes were made. Menus are hard to read cuz they're pdfs. Tables for the adventure pass differences don't format correctly.

Terrible app. Logged me out and then wouldn't recognize my account until I uninstalled and redownloaded it. Doesn't alert me for any of the reminders I place for events (and, yes. Notifications are enabled). A lot of information is lacking with many items in the app only having a sentence or two describing the event, menu or shop. If I have to visit the shop to get the details anyway then why do I need the app? Do better, Great Wolf Lodge.

Used to work fine (as recently as 3 months ago), but downloaded again for a trip this week and now have to re-login every time I open it. Any notifications from the app require log in & then you can't find the info or the promo is gone. There's no way to check your dining credit balance as you go. Otherwise it seems OK for getting basic info about hours, messaging front desk or ordering food to pick up.
