I'm mobility challenged so i love the ability to get around quickly and the passes are a great deal. 7$ for 7 days with 45 mins/ day , its a promo deal but it's been on for awhile and it's way cheaper then the regular price. THANK YOU ! <X3.

a few things. one the helmet didn't release with the app. the restrictions for side walks are absolutely insane as most of ottawa does not have bike lanes. I'm happy to go down most roads but crossing a small bridge on the road between ottawa and gatineau is silly. especially as that's the one place there is a bike lane on the side. overall super disappointing experience. adjust your settings on side walk access to make sense with the road environments within the city.

I appreciate these scooters and the ease of use, but recently their pricing changed without warning, and caught me off guard when a ride I normally take was nearly 3x the normal rate.
