Love this app and ECU! The new way of depositing checks is GREAT!Keep up the great work ECU! You continue to get only BETTER! It is much easier to deposit my checks online and to have the capability to use my fingerprint to open my account. I just can't say enough about how great you are, ECU! You guys rock! Best credit union ! There are not enough words to describe EXCELLENT! Eastman is excellence!

It is usually good, I have had more use of it in the past 3-4 months. It is frustrating when it is down and calling often has very long wait times. So, it is faster and more convenient than going through drive thru or going inside but it doesn't have the personal touch that face to face transactions do. Update, app is being unreliable and buggy...login and it cannot make a transfer, have to end session and start new session to get it to work...

Great app. Clean interface. Great info. Love it almost as much as the ECU staff. Edit: since switching to a phone that does not use fingerprint, but rather facial recognition, I really miss unlocking the app with biometrics. Would be nice if the app would allow the use of facial recognition like many of my other apps have. Had to take away one star for this. Otherwise still a great app.
