I like the updated version. This version has a very nice feature the other Routing Box didn't have. The updated version will let you know when a trip is removed from your device. The only 2 features still needed to be installed are: the refresh function of the arrow and the app being able to run without being open. It is much faster. Signature boxes are better. The check list mileage is able to be corrected if you enter the wrong mileage.

I wish they would change the light gray text for something darker. Once you open the trip, you can't read anything with the white background. Also, the driver should be able to see the trip number. When we have to call to assist the customer, now we have to call dispatch to get it. Other than that, great app!

Total garbage app. Crashes constantly, drains battery, takes multiple attempts to complete trips, trip status randomly changes on it's own, and GPS location glitches cause billing issues with MAS. Tech support from BITS is virtually non-existent since covid. Horrible company, horrible software, horrible app. Get it together. NEMT companies rely on this to operate.
