It only deserves 3 stars, or less, for the way it shows the billing and payment updates in the dashboard. Have sent feedback through the app but all I get is answers that are not acceptable. When the dashboard for the unifi landline app could be updated to show the correct details after contacting them through their feedback, I don't see why it can't be done for the mobile app too.

SCAM. Bot prepaid rm10-10gb. Got only 2gb. Gd thing abt app - can connect support. Was told only 2gb is 5g. See speed pass, i thought ok just buy pass get on speed network. Bad thing abt app - in-built eWallet so must reload 1st. Load rm10, cannot buy speed pass. Their best effort-- long list of Qs. Need longitude lattitude wat floor i was on when i used it. Tried all ovr klang valley. Useless. I must've bn wearin wrong colour undies that's why ur sim stopped workin on ur network after 2gb!

I got a msg mentioning the SIM is suspected to be inserted in a non-mobile device. Wth is that supposed to mean ? You're an ISP. Your job is to provide internet access in accordance to both national & international law. Now tell me, which law dictates how customer should utilise his/her SIM cum data ? Updated : I did not subscribe to unlimited data. Thus, suspending my acct only bcs the SIM is inside a non-mobile device is an absurd policy !
