I was trying to use this app to pair to my set top box because the remote was not working and jio customer care so pathetic that it was not even connecting me to a real agent. The call was being redirected to a automated voice recorder that was sending me a useless YouTube video link and then disconnecting my call. Really pathetic experience even after paying so much the quality is third class

This app has connectivity issues, when trying to connect with setup box most of time it won't connect. When trying to play media on setup box it shows unsupported media most of the time.

how can troubleshooting my router resolve the issue of a cut and damaged cable? This is clearly a physical issue that requires an engineer's visit for proper resolution. I have been facing the worst service experience, and I would appreciate a proper response and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
