Customer service has been very good and always responds promptly to any issue with a detailed response, not some vague worthless reply like with others (ex: Paybis). Definitely recommend LibertyX! Update 2 years later: Still love the app! In some reviews people seem to be falling for scams and using LibertyX to send the scammer the bitcoins. That's not LibertyX's fault. KNOW WHO YOU ARE SENDING COINS TO!

Libertyx cash kiosk near me isn't found in the app. The convenience store near me has a libertyx Bitcoin ATM. They recently installed a libertyx cash kiosk. However when I search for it in the app only the debit option at the convenience store appears. Not the cash one. They both should appear but they don't. Would be nice if the app was updated after a year to add this new cash kiosk because it's five minutes away from me and would save me from having to drive 30 miles for a libertyx ATM

Absolutely horrible customer service. OSCAR HENRIQUEZ I opened an account and went to make my very first purchase via ATM machine. The purchase would not go through, and the ATM machine gave me a comm error....TWICE. I tried to visit a second location but my LibertyX account was suspended. I email customer service and their response was that they couldn't tell me WHAT or WHY, but that they could do no further business with me, and will offer no further information about the issue. THANK YOU!
