Follow the best and well known training programs to gain strength, build muscle, and lose fat. This app is like a strength and muscle building coach in your pocket. It will let you know which exercises to do on which day, how much weight you need to lift for how many sets and reps and how much you need to lift.

Used to be a great app for planning, logging, and tracking workouts. Recently the app started malfunctioning and then the name changed so idk what's up. Sometimes if you change the amount of weight you're going to do for a set, it changes that set and all previous sets to 0. The 1rm function is not working correctly. If you change the 1rm goal it will not log the weight you changed it to, instead automically logging the weight it had suggested. Either way it's still a good app and I'll keep it.

The app has a bit of a learning curve, and is a little confusing at first, but on the flip side, it's very customizable. Also, the dev team is very quick to answer, and still updates the app. My old favorite workout app hadn't been updated in 2 years and constantly crashed, and I'm more than happy with my choice for this workout app, and the lifetime pro subscription. Wouldn't be able to workout without it, honestly.

An excellent workout tracker app! I really appreciate how the app is very functional without the premium features, but a one time fee for the pro version is definitely worth it. An interesting feature to think about it is the capability to create a workout program from your computer and import it into the app. There is an export and import feature, but the format of that file is not very readable/editable. That would allow people to not have to create a custom program on their phone. But overall, I've been using this app for a while now, and it is excellent for anyone into lifting and wanting to track their strength progress.
