This app would be great if the app wasn't so difficult to log into every single time. It takes so long to log into every time that I'm there for like an hour trying to do it. Ive done it on different phones and everything. . and ALOT of times I have to delete the app so when I have to reinstall and re long in it's such a hassle and a mission I just can't deal with it anymore I give up! Fix your app!!! Thanks...

I don't think I've ever seen worse e-commerce app. I'm using it for over 2 years and it is not getting any better. Bugs are never fixed. The constant thrill whether this time it will work or the order will fail again on any of the steps. And it can fail in a way that I cannot retry for days, because the account ends in some error state. Fails happen like 20% of times. Is the app made by elementary school students during some unpaid workshop, so McDonald's can save money? Utter garbage.

Worst app. I order for drive-thru using this app, and I didn't aware that location of McDonald for that order is 50km from me. Not the one that I made order on. It is impossible for me to go so far to get the food, end up that I have to make another order again. The cashier told me the order point to other location can't be refund or cancelled even though it is a drive thru order which McDonald only processes the order when you reach. What a nice 100% profit for a worst ordering system!
