I do love having the opportunity for electronic filing. When I attempt to do an electronic check and capture the front and back of the check, I have to redo the images several times and my phone either freezes or the image cannot be captured. It is extremely difficult and frustrating!

App often won't open and gives error messages. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn't work. I have not been able to open the app for the last 6 days! I mainly used it to make deposits.

I love the app! Tried using the mobile deposit for the first time and had no problems. So glad to know I can deposit checks anytime now.🤗
