• Take a salary advance repayable from the next salary for a fixed fee of 5% of the total loan amount. There are no additional fees or interest if repayment is delayed. Your total fee on an average loan of AED 700 would be AED 35 + VAT. This service is available to UAE residents with valid Emirates ID documents only. This product is offered with approval from the Central Bank of UAE and RAKBANK.
• The loan service can only be used by UAE residents with a valid residence permit (Emirates ID). This service is unavailable for residents of (India, Philippines. Pakistan, Kenya, Nigeria, Thailand, Indonesia)
• We process the personal data that users provide directly to us when you contact us, fill out our forms, sign a contract with us, and/or visit our website. The full privacy policy of the app is available in the profile section

This app asking for updates about every week, but still developer is unable to provide some basic features, such as log in features, we need to put password on each log in, why you are not providing finger print, iris or face ID login feature like other banking apps? Another thing, i am using 2 devices, why every time i need to put CVV and ATM pin? Device recognition is very poor, once we login through new device, this should be save for future.

There's no benefit of this app.. we can't send money to any national account, even now, from last two days I can't open this app.. it's showing "something went wrong"try again... It's actually ryt I think ,,, something went wrong with my luck that's y I started using this app😡 I already contacted via WhatsApp as well.. still I can't login to my account bcz login page showing error... Brother for my money u make me waiting from last three days.. 💔

Lack of customer service whenever its needed to call customer care , most of the time agent is not available i've been experiencing this from last 4 months now . especially in a day if their agent would be available, just thank God and say it was a miracle and also if you enter the invalid account number they're gonna make the transition successful within seconds without checking if it is valid or not and after reporting it will take you days and nights to get your money refunded
