The best and most convenient banking app I've ever used, I specifically like the paybill and till payments that have been integrated into the app. I've enjoyed it. I use the bank's Homabay branch, the customer service, sales personnel, the teller, are very friendly, made me fall in love with NCBA, my bank of choice. I would recommend you try it!

I like it, it's a good app but down side is "everytime you loose your phone or change it you have to go to the bank to register a new device", that sounds like old days 🤦...just have a verification code process just like some banks.

I really don't like the presentation of your app.It is not organised and everything is just everywhere.Work on the organization of the contents of the app.Otherwise I love the bank itself.Its the best choice that I have made so far
