App is easy to use, UI is simple and easy to understand. In terms of pricing, items such as phones, gadgets, appliances and the likes are overpriced compared to their competition and other vendors within the same space. The pricing for items don't just make sense and has an opposite effect on people as they're not attractive, with little market research and comparison, you discover you are paying a 20-40% increase on most items as compared to other vendors and their competition.

Your app lags a lot, very slow even on your web version it's the same thing I would advice you look into that because it is so discouraging and makes me ran out of patience. If you want to keep up with your compitors or move ahead of them you should have a reliable front-end and back-end system well in place. Thanks

App is great with user friendly interface, good and responsive customer service keep it up .I'm giving it 4 stars because there's always room for improvement, I'd suggest when it comes to phone purchases it's the duty of a shopping ads to always clarify the colour of their available phone and customers can choose specifically which one they prefer. Other than that I have no issue with my experience so far, I look forward to more purchases.
