was awesome to claim benefits months ago but now everytime I try to claim any benefit/percent off a digital purchase, I get the base html code of the app AND "no results". I've cleared data and cache separately, turned off adblocker, VPN and both, switched from mobile data to WiFi, restarted my device. the benefits section of the app is unfortunately broken and it hasn't been touched in any updates :(

Frustrating app. Am trying to sign in using my mobile number. It sends you a OTP as an sms, and displays a page to enter the OTP. However when you go to the sms app to retrieve the OTP, the page to enter the OTP in the NRMA app disappears and reverts to the "sign in" page. So basically its playing an endless cycle of sending me OTPs but the app doesnt allow me to enter it.

Awful, just awful. No matter what I do I cannot see that my Vehicle is list with my membership. Can log on, can't see account status. The inability of this app to show even the most basic information for paid up members makes it absolutely useless. Deleted so that it's not taking any space on my phone any longer 👎🏼
