It's ok when it actually works. The app seemed to work fine for the 1st couple days it was installed. Now it won't even let me get into the app. It just sits there "thinking" forever. I tried uninstalling/installing and it still didn't fix the problem. Now I'm having to go through the website. It's not so bad having to go through the website, as you can pin a shortcut to home screen, so it works almost as conveniently. What's the point in even having the app if it doesn't work half the time?

WORST Customer Service!!! This app is very simple. Low to no user interaction here. It doesn't even allow you to click on any of your transactions, to view the details. This card DOES help with your credit score, which is great! WORST customer service, on the planet though! It's like everyone I've talked to, has a chip, on their shoulder, even when you had to stay on the line, for a long time, to get a simple question answered, because there was no other way, to find things out! So crazy!

App is trash. Many months, I've set a payment, shows in the transaction list as it went through. Will sit there for several days without actually taking the money out of my bank account, and then all of a sudden, the transaction is gone without a trace, and then there's a very convenient late fee. Will be paying off my card and opening with a different secured provider. I should've trusted the 2* rating on the card
