Literally worst app I've ever used. Or attempted to. Took forever to get it set up linked with my storage facility. Once I finally did, it didn't work! I was able to get it to open/close the gates a couple of times but never worked on first try—had to click, fail, close app, reopen, click—& by the second day, it removed my facility & was making me add it all over. DEFINITELY not even close to worth the trouble! Super disappointing, I was so excited about having an app instead of long code...

This is the worst I've ever experienced. It's sole job is to send a signal to a transponder in range, and before the update it was a 50/50% chance it could do that. After the update there is a 100% it will NOT work. Seriously, I haven't been able to open the storage gate a single time after update, it just shows error every single time. They updated themselves into absolute failure.

The app updated recently and it wiped out all the previous data that I had before. When I went to add my storage facility and the credentials. It says it's saved the info but every time I open the app it says no facilities found. So the app is pretty much useless now and I have to get out of my vehicle and enter the code on the keypad to enter my storage facility. Don't fix something if it's not broke.
