Worst app to book tickets. Booked the train tickets worth 542 got a refund of 245 only. 3×refund is completely scam I would have given -5 rating if it was available. Tried to contact customercare but couldn't connect. Book tickets on Amazon they provide full refund.

Redrail 3X refund is fraudulent and looting common man. 3X refund is fraudulent marketing gimmick. Even if you pay 3X refund money & train booking remains waitlisted; Redrail will give you refund in form of voucher that is valid few couple of days for next trip which within 100 km radius of destination for which you had booked the ticket. It is not even valid all over India & for even a month.

Worst app,when I book a ticket from redrail they allotting only upper berth and same seats for every time seat number also different side and it's showing available 20seats but they arranging only upper berth if I book guaranteed seat booking on that time I get lower berth but they charging 450 extra per ticket it is the redrails idea to make money to fool the people,s not worth it, never book again there is no customer support also compare to this IRCTC booking app will be better.
