Worthless app. It never recognizes my password, so I have to go through resetting it on the website. I get text notifications that I have refills ready or prescriptions to be picked up. I go to the app and I can't see which prescriptions they are or how much they will be. Incredibly frustrating. I'm not sure what the purpose of the app is if it does NOTHING.

Text and app notifications don't work. I log in with my fingerprint then the app asks me if I want to login with my fingerprint and I have to do it again. The store are almost empty all the time now (and AC hasn't worked in the two bestest stores for over a year now - except the enclosed pharmacy area). Just close the stores already - you're all worthless.

I honestly detest this app! It won't let you fill a script & go back to the previous page. You have to sign in again. It won't let you look at your history to refill without going back to log in. It won't let you see the scripts that you have put in for a refill that are waiting. So you put the same scripts in again & then it comes back saying duplicate. Everything you do on this site is a waste of time. And as of last week, I can't even sign in with fingerprint ID or password.
