Ratings and reviews

Bad experience with app and service. Deductible charge depends on whether the app connects to provider server or not. will not let you go back to recheck. will cancel the appointment before you can correct the issue. The doctors sometimes will not show up to their confirmed appointments as experienced in my first 3 attempts. Finally, once the doctor showed up, took the appoinment while driving and wrote the prescription wrong. That was 3 days ago and issue still not solved. A nightmare!

Its usable but audio has a bunch of issues. Sometimes it pass audio throug my headphones, others is the cellphone ear speaker, never the loud speaker. No really intuitive and at the end of the day I can get a hold of a doctor and most of the time they call me on my phone number because audio on app doesn't work.

Very bad. Just a way to take money from you with out any service. I was sick and use this to get a medical order to be tested and 3 days have pass and no medical order. I even call and get a case number and they say that i will receive it in 24 hrs. As i say 3 days and waiting.
