At times things seem to be working ok. Then out of the blue I'm asked to sign in and give my password. Always when I'm standing in a line up of customers, extremely frustrating. As well I've had this app for a few years and do not remember my password. What a nightmare trying to reset anything. Locked out of my account a few times and calling customer service is absolutely ridiculous! The run around with all the computerized voice prompts. Not a fan! Still have it due to many pts.

Everything pc used to be awesome, until this latest update! Now I can't log in to my account on any of the pc apps unless I go to my email and update my password multiple times per day, per app!!! How frustrating 😡😠 I definitely don't recommend any of the pc apps to anyone unless you want to make your life more complicated and have more problems than necessary. For some reason they just can't get it right.

This app has been designed by people who don't do their own groceries. Why do you have to be connected to data or wifi for the card's barcode to appear? I took a screenshot of it and have been using it without issue since giving up on the app. Spent one too many times in front of a long line, waiting to connect to the store's wifi so I could load the barcode. When the app would finally connect, it would keep forcing me to switch to the deals section, despite tapping the card button repeatedly.
