Ratings and reviews

The current version of this app is a disaster! It has far less features than the app it replaced. Sonos removed long-standing features and core functionality. For example, changing the Wi-Fi network that it's on. And adding songs and fully managing the playback queue. It just doesn't make any sense. Volume control is it current a big issue. It doesn't always work as you'd expect it to, with lots of delay. Additionally, after you adjust the volume, It moves around on its own. Do better.

Stop Changing the App!! I used to love this app. I still love the speakers. But every update is such a drastic change that I feel like I have to relearn it all over again, trying to find the old functions that I'm used to seeing and using like speaker selection and artist search. It's now at a point where it's so convoluted when it used to be so intuitive to use. On top of that, basic functionality fails, like simply liking or disliking a song. Do better Sonos.

The latest version of the Sonos app is not a quality product. They have removed many features that have been working fine for many years. The new interface may look more contemporary, but everything takes more swipes, scrolling, and touches than before and more than it should. The networking is now glitchy. Volume controls are not responsive. There is a delay in just about everything you do. Sonos has taken a working app and has broken it with the promise that someday all will be better again.
