Ratings and reviews

For the past week or more this App has not worked properly. My first 5 star review was accurate for that time, but I have now modified my review to one star. At this point, the app is useless to me. I use it to find products. When I click a product I want, the page opens with the start image of such product, and then all the images disappear. I am unable to see the product. I can no longer purchase a product from the app either. Disappointed and started shopping with the Lowes app.

Most annoying app I have ever dealt with. I can't even put into words how displeasing it is to search for something, have 700 items come up, go to refine my search by adding filters and every time you try to add a filter it resets the page. How much it makes me want to shop anywhere but Home Depot when you click on an item and the picture literally never loads. I mean... Come ON! It's been like this for YEARS! fix your stuff already!

The app is horrible, glitches like crazy, I would type the same thing over and over and over just for the app to get stuck (which does NOT happen with any other app), and when finally the order does go through, the order could get cancel for whatever reason but you have no clue about it because you never got notify. The whole experience is just frustrating. Would give it a "0" if I could.
