Ratings and reviews

No way to pay within the app. No way to see if your bill have been paid. Phone number provided for certain things is wrong and when you call it says emergencies only. The only reason it has two stars and not less is because I still use it but as a lack of alternatives and not because it is any good. Overall decent service but really bad app.

Forces you to make an account just to see basic features. Had to make one because a sharging station said that it was possible to pay with this app. Made an account just to learn that if you want to 'pay with this app', you have to order a charging card from the app. Total waste of time.

Since Shell have taken over my charger it's been awful,before it was easy set to charger and it charged overnight now it's hit and miss if it charges since early this year I get an invoice for various amounts of money.then a credit for same amounts I am retired and don't need it talk about electric anxiety Shell causing it Big Time not recommended by me have tried contacting them several times and getting no reply.
